Kris Marszalek, CEO at Crypto.com, announced the official filing with the CFTC for equity perpetual contracts in the U.S. following the company's Form 1-N acknowledgement by the SEC last week.

Marszalek highlighted that the move is aimed at integrating digital asset innovation into U.S. capital markets, emphasizing ongoing progress in real time.

Earlier this year, Kris Marszalek confirmed a security breach on the Cronos lending protocol Tectonic, noting that user assets remained secure and other services were unaffected. Marszalek also recently announced a partnership between Crypto.com and Robinhood to launch prediction markets. These developments come as Crypto.com pursues regulatory filings and new market initiatives in the U.S.
