Changpeng Zhao cautions that users of Ledger hardware wallets should be wary, especially if their devices were purchased recently.

He indicates that there is evidence pointing to a supply chain attack affecting a single vendor, resulting in a small number of customers likely acquiring fake or tampered Ledger wallets.
