Cboe office site shifts to data center

Arpit Gupta highlights that the former headquarters of Cboe Global Markets Inc will soon be converted into a data center with 33 megawatts of capacity and command rents significantly higher than average downtown office buildings.

The change reflects ongoing trends in commercial real estate, where data center demand is driving building repurposing and rent premiums.
