Lance Lambert: Pandemic-era real condo price gains in Florida have largely been erased
Florida condo gains from boom lost

Nearly all of the inflation-adjusted condominium home price gains from the Pandemic Housing Boom have been wiped out in Florida. Lance Lambert shared this assessment, pointing to supporting data in a referenced chart.

Lambert has tracked other indicators of housing market stress in recent months. He recently highlighted that U.S. 30-year fixed mortgage rates averaged 7.56 percent, while the 10-year Treasury yield reached 5.28 percent in a previous update. In a subsequent report, he noted mortgage rates held above 7.50 percent for 11 consecutive days, peaking at 7.60 percent as Treasury yields also remained elevated.
