Saudi Arabia weighs Riyadh conference delay

Saudi Arabia is considering whether to postpone its flagship investment conference in Riyadh following safety concerns raised privately by Wall Street executives to event organizers, including the head of the kingdom’s sovereign wealth fund.

Annmarie Hordern reported that a final decision on the potential postponement could come as soon as Monday.

Earlier this year, King Abdullah Financial District told tenants that remote work arrangements would continue until further notice, according to Annmarie Hordern’s reporting. Separately, Jamie Dimon said business investment and consumer spending are supporting U.S. economic growth, with risks still present beneath the surface, Hordern also reported in a previous article.
