Dow up 4 percent after Gold window

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rallied almost 4% after the closure of the Gold window, despite expectations that shares would fall.

Peter Spina, CEO of GoldSeek.com, noted that this was an early lesson for Dalio in the unpredictability of markets when key monetary promises are withdrawn.

Spina recently described silver as a strong buy at current levels, citing higher mining costs and a rising all-in sustaining cost range of $25–35 per ounce in recent commentary. Separately, Black Mammoth Metals began trading on the U.S. Nasdaq and completed a C$24 million funding round, with assets based in the Western U.S. These developments provide context to Spina’s remarks on market unpredictability.
