U.S. GDP posts 3.4 percent gain in Q3

U.S. gross domestic product grew 3.4 percent in the third quarter, its highest rate in a year.

Mohamed A. El-Erian, chief economic adviser at Allianz, shared the data, citing a New York Times chart.

El-Erian has recently tracked shifts in global bond markets. He noted that U.S.-friendly nations, particularly in Asia, have reduced their purchases of U.S. Treasuries. In addition, he highlighted that France surpassed the UK in the largest government bond yield surge since U.S.-Israel attacks on Iran.
