The Smarter Web Company has acquired 295 Bitcoin, valued at $35.2 million, increasing its total Bitcoin holdings to 2,395 BTC, worth approximately $284.8 million. This move positions the company as the 23rd largest Bitcoin holder globally.

In addition to this acquisition, BitMine has expanded its at-the-market equity program to $24.5 billion. This initiative indicates strategic efforts to bolster their financial resources, likely fueling future crypto investments or expansions.
