Google attempts rebound as AI monetization offsets rate pressure
GOOGL is trading around $331 on September 10 after falling by more than 2% yesterday, attempting to stabilize near local lows. Today, pressure is coming against the backdrop of U.S. macroeconomic data, where August PPI rose by 0.4% m/m and 5.4% y/y, while initial jobless claims remained low at around 206,000.

After the release, the probability of a Fed rate hike next week rose to around 74%, while the 10-year Treasury yield moved toward 4.9%. For Alphabet, this is particularly negative against the backdrop of its capital-intensive AI model, since a higher risk-free rate directly increases valuation pressure even while business growth remains strong.
Enterprise AI moves closer to revenue conversion
At the same time, more practical signs of AI monetization are emerging within the company, and this distinguishes the current picture from the previous focus solely on CapEx. Google Cloud and Accenture launched a dedicated group to deploy Gemini Enterprise directly for corporate clients, with up to 1,000 Accenture specialists expected to undergo training to work on the client side.
Such an approach could accelerate the transition from pilot AI projects to real enterprise deployment, improving the conversion of existing demand into revenue. At the same time, Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian said that the TPU business is already more than twice the size of its nearest competitor among hyperscalers, while Google is expanding monetization of its own accelerators not only through Cloud, but also through direct corporate deliveries.
Strong forecasts face tougher valuation conditions
Analyst forecasts remain strong for now. Consensus for the third quarter points to revenue of around $127.1 billion, corresponding to growth of approximately 24% y/y, while the average 12-month target for GOOGL is around $428. At the same time, the market is clearly becoming more demanding: a high backlog and rapid Cloud growth no longer guarantee multiple expansion if the cost of capital continues to rise.
Therefore, the near-term investment question comes down to whether Alphabet can convert Gemini, TPU, and Cloud contracts into profit and cash flow faster than the infrastructure burden grows.
$333 turns into immediate resistance
Against the backdrop of continued pressure, support around the $333 level was broken and $328 support was tested, where moderate demand emerged. Thanks to this, GOOGL is currently attempting to break above $333, which now acts as resistance. If this level is broken, as I warned in Google slides as bond yields tighten valuation pressure, a move toward $340–343 should be expected; otherwise, the bears are likely to attack the current support again.
