Aevex rises more than 11% after disputing a Bloomberg News report that said the U.S. Navy would no longer buy the company's GARC boat drone because of performance issues. In a release, Aevex says no orders have been halted, making the stock one of the session's strongest premarket movers.Energy stocks are also moving higher as oil prices surge on renewed geopolitical fears.
