TU Expert Verdict

Chief Analytics Officer

KGI Securities demonstrates moderate stability and can suit certain traders. Its conditions are acceptable, and feedback is mixed but reasonable. In my own tests, it performed adequately, though it lacks the consistency of higher-rated companies.

KGI doesn’t interfere with my trading, it even helps me. It offers stock market news and IPO dates with prices and various bond periods. I opened an account here about a year ago and there haven’t been any disputable situations during this time. With sufficient margin, the broker executes your trading orders promptly as per the agreement.
The withdrawal period is 1-2 business days, which is standard. The broker doesn’t work on weekends, so submit your withdrawal request by Friday noon.

I’ve been working with KGI Securities since 2022. I primarily use the Streaming platform, however, I’m also impressed by its KGI POWER TRADE mobile app. It displays prices for odd and large lots, broadcasts real-time news, and supports price alerts. Additionally, it provides Auto Trade, so when the asset price reaches set values, my orders are automatically sent to the broker. The mobile platform operates with almost no freezes.

KGI Securities offers a wide range of trading instruments listed on two main stock exchanges in Thailand. Although its fees for stocks are above average, I like those for derivatives. Moreover, when your trading volume increases, the broker offers lower fees for trading securities. Note that placing orders by phone incur larger fees than when working on the platform. The broker doesn’t charge deposit and withdrawal fees, and requests are processed on the day of submission. Technical support is good.
