Illinois has advanced to the 12th position in a respected business state ranking, moving up from 30th since J.B. Pritzker assumed office. The announcement comes as Pritzker credits ongoing efforts to make Illinois an attractive location for businesses and workers. The improvement, as cited in a recent tweet, reflects progress in the state’s business climate and competitive standing within the U.S. Pritzker said the work will continue to reinforce Illinois as a favorable environment for economic growth.
