Vantage Markets review: Infrastructure update to affect demo servers only
Vantage Markets strengthens platform reliability

Vantage Markets has announced a scheduled maintenance window on January 24, 2026, as part of a hub migration affecting select demo trading environments. The move underscores the broker’s ongoing efforts to upgrade its infrastructure while maintaining uninterrupted access to live trading services for clients.

The planned maintenance will temporarily alter trading hours and service availability for certain demo servers across MetaTrader platforms, primarily impacting traders who use demo accounts to test strategies or familiarize themselves with market conditions.

Demo trading disruptions during migration

According to Vantage Markets, trading on Digital Coin CFDs and Synthetic Indices for demo servers will be adjusted over the weekend of January 24–25, 2026. On Saturday, January 24, demo trading on MT4 AU Demo and UK Demo servers will be fully closed from 00:00 to 23:59 (GMT+2). On Sunday, January 25, these demo servers are scheduled to reopen and operate normally throughout the day.

During the migration period on January 24, from 00:00 to 23:59 (GMT+2), several services will be unavailable. Trading via the Vantage mobile app on MT4 AU Demo and UK Demo servers, as well as MT5 AU Demo servers, will be temporarily suspended. This limitation applies strictly to demo environments and does not affect live trading accounts.

Live trading and client access remain unaffected

Vantage Markets emphasized that live trading servers on both MT4 and MT5 will continue operating under normal trading hours throughout the maintenance period. Clients will still be able to log in to live servers, access the Vantage app, and use the Client and Introducing Broker portals for deposits, withdrawals, and new account creation.

The broker advised traders to plan their activities carefully, particularly those relying on demo accounts, and to avoid transactions or platform activity during the scheduled maintenance window. Vantage Markets also noted that while efforts are made to minimize disruption, temporary service interruptions may occur and the company will not be liable for losses arising from system unavailability during the maintenance.

Vantage Markets is a global multi-asset broker offering access to forex, indices, commodities, shares, and digital asset CFDs through advanced trading platforms. Regular infrastructure upgrades, such as the upcoming hub migration, form part of the broker’s broader strategy to enhance execution quality, stability, and scalability.

As a reminder, we previously reported that Vantage Markets announced the launch of four new free online trading courses.
