Holiday schedule changes at FXOpen

​FXOpen has announced temporary adjustments to its trading schedule in observance of both the Hong Kong Lunar New Year and U.S. Presidents' Day, citing holiday-related exchange closures and reduced liquidity conditions.

Hong Kong 50 holiday schedule

For the Hong Kong 50 (#HSI), trading hours will be modified as follows:

• February 16: trading available until 06:00

• February 17–19: trading closed

• February 20: trading resumes at 03:15

All other financial markets will operate as usual during the Lunar New Year period.

U.S. Presidents' Day schedule – February 16

FXOpen also confirmed changes affecting several asset classes on Monday, February 16, due to the US holiday.

Commodities CFDs:

• XNGUSD, XTIUSD, XBRUSD — trading until 21:15

• Metal CFDs — trading until 21:30

Indices CFDs:

• #J225, #NDXm, #SPXm, #WS30m — trading until 20:00

• #AUS200, #FCHI, #ESX, #UK100, #GDAXIm — trading until 23:00

• U.S. Stocks and ETF CFDs: trading closed.

All other financial markets will be traded as usual.

The company emphasized that holiday schedules may result in thinner liquidity and potential spread widening. Traders are encouraged to monitor open positions and manage risk accordingly. FXOpen also noted that the listed hours are subject to change.
