The admission covers 22,186,679 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right. The company does not hold any shares in treasury. As a result, the total number of voting shares — 22,186,679 — may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine whether they are required to notify changes in their holdings in accordance with FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Transition to the main market and listing details

Admission to trading means that iFOREX shares now meet the standards of the LSE main market, which requires stricter disclosure and corporate governance standards compared with alternative trading venues.

Chief Executive Officer Itai Sadeh stated:

“The listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange marks an important milestone for iFOREX as we accelerate our vision of becoming a global leader in financial technology… The strong interest in our initial public offering reflects the solid foundation and growth potential we have built together.”

According to market sources, the company shares rose by around 5% on the first day of trading, indicating investor interest in the listing.

Why it matters: Stronger public status and transparency

iFOREX operates in the online trading and financial technology sector, offering clients access to a range of financial instruments across global markets. The company emphasizes its proprietary technology platform and international expansion strategy.

Listing on the LSE main market strengthens the company public profile and subjects it to enhanced reporting and disclosure requirements. The move to the LSE main market represents a significant step in terms of corporate governance and access to capital.

Admission under the FCA Commercial Companies category increases regulatory oversight and reporting standards. For investors, this means higher levels of transparency and regulatory compliance; for the company, it provides broader access to international capital markets.
