Japanese broker Rakuten Securities launches AI chatbot for investors

Japanese brokerage Rakuten Securities has announced the launch of an artificial intelligence-based chat service designed to help with investment-related questions.

The chat service is currently in test mode and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, once a limit of requests is reached, the chat service will be locked for the user for the rest of the day.

FNG reports that the chatbot is equipped with a patented AI model developed by Rakuten.

The purpose of the service is to help novice investors, who often face difficulties in a new field.
