In May 2026, WEEX introduced an in-app LaLiga integration as part of its official regional partnership with LaLiga in Taiwan and Hong Kong. This integration, called the 'Alpha Home Ground' experience, includes features such as custom LaLiga-themed app icons, real-time market widgets, support for iPhone Dynamic Island and lock screen visuals, instant sharing tools for trading achievements, and updated branding throughout the app and store listings.
According to public materials, the initiative also offers in-app delivery of LaLiga match previews and recaps, and transforms certain trade screenshots into branded posters. The partnership aims to blend football-related content and visual elements into the crypto trading experience, with all enhancements made available broadly to users in the specified regions.
