PrimeXBT has detailed changes to its VIP program, in which a trader’s status is determined by their trading volume over a trailing 30-day period across crypto, Forex, and CFD products. When users meet specified volume thresholds, they are immediately upgraded to higher VIP tiers, which are then fixed for a 30-day period before the next review, ensuring consistent access to tier-based fee reductions, discounts, cashback, and other platform features during that time.

The VIP program offers five tiers with progressively increasing benefits, and status is subject to reassessment after each 30-day lock period. A dedicated dashboard allows users to track their progress toward the next tier and view their current status in real time. Terms note that program rules and thresholds may change, and VIP benefits are non-transferable.
