Gate.io has announced the launch of Phase 2 of its IPO Access program, allowing users to submit intent subscriptions for the upcoming Jersey Mike's (JMKE) initial public offering. The subscription window will open on July 27, 2026, at 02:00 UTC and close on July 29, 2026, with the minimum required amount set at 100 USDT or 100 GUSD, and the reference price listed at $21–$25 per share.

Users can allocate funds in either USDT or GUSD, with separate 50% allocation pools for each currency. The allocation of IPO shares is determined by the average hourly locked amount during the subscription period, and submitting an intent does not guarantee allocation. There are no service fees, and subscribers using GUSD earn 3.8% APR on locked funds during the subscription period, while USDT subscribers receive a similar interest subsidy if no shares are allocated. Shares are expected to be credited to participants' Gate stock accounts by July 30, 2026, with no lock-up period upon distribution.
