Gate.io has begun the second phase of its IPO Access program for Jersey Mike’s (JMKE), enabling eligible users to submit intent subscriptions for potential allocation of shares at a reference price of $21–25 per share. Users may subscribe using USDT or GUSD within a defined window from July 27 to July 29, 2026, with early and longer fund lock-ups increasing allocation weight and no subscription or handling fees stated.

The minimum subscription amount is 100 USDT or GUSD, and the maximum is 500,000 in either stablecoin, each with separate allocation pools. Share allocation is not guaranteed; if it does not occur, USDT subscribers are eligible for a 3.8% annualized interest subsidy on locked funds (with conditions), while GUSD subscribers continue to earn interest during the subscription period. Shares are expected to be distributed to Gate stock accounts on or around July 30, 2026, with no lock-up period upon listing.
