According to the official announcement and supporting documentation, PT-USDG, Pendle's fixed-yield principal token for USDG, has been integrated as collateral on Aave V3’s X Layer instance. The adoption is governed by proposal AIP-514, allowing users to use PT-USDG tokens—maturing on 29 October 2026—to borrow with a maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 93.59%, within a market supply cap of $35 million. The rollout is further supported by $150,000 in incentives from X Layer, and is designed to enable holders to retain fixed-yield exposure while unlocking borrowing capacity with the same asset. This establishes a direct link between Pendle’s fixed-yield market and Aave’s lending platform, expanding the composability and capital efficiency of USDG across DeFi.
