According to a VT Markets press release, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, the company is donating 1,000 Newcastle United-branded footballs to schools throughout the region. The goal is to inspire the next generation and strengthen ties with local communities through a shared love of football.

Foundation donation and player participation

In a further contribution, VT Markets donated £20,000 to the Newcastle United Foundation to commemorate the club’s Carabao Cup win and qualification for the UEFA Champions League. The funds will support programs in education, health, and sports.

“At VT Markets, we believe that true growth goes beyond numbers. Through our CSR initiatives, we aim to inspire, empower, and make a meaningful contribution to regional development — laying the groundwork for long-term opportunities and success,” said Dandelyn Koh, Global Brand and PR Lead at VT Markets.

She noted that the partnership with Newcastle United allows the firm to create positive impact both on and off the pitch. Newcastle United players Sandro Tonali, Jacob Murphy, Dan Burn, and William Osula participated in a special meet-and-greet session in Singapore, joined by club legend Shola Ameobi. The team arrived in the city for the Singapore Festival of Football — their first visit since 1996 — which served as an ideal occasion to launch VT Markets’ CSR activities.

Global vision and future plans

Foundation ambassador Dan Burn thanked fans for the warm welcome and emphasized the importance of such initiatives: “Football helped us, as players, to change our lives, so it’s truly special to see VT Markets using its platform to support young people and give back to these amazing communities — both in Newcastle and across Asia.”

VT Markets also plans to implement similar programs in Latin America, continuing its mission to build a socially responsible global brand. As it celebrates a decade of progress in financial markets, the company is focused not only on its clients and tools but also on expanding its positive impact beyond trading platforms — through community engagement and sustainable growth.
