WhiteBIT outlined the details of its updated VIP Program, effective from July 2, 2026, which features a tiered system offering reduced trading fees, expanded sub-account capacity, higher withdrawal limits, and additional exclusive privileges for qualifying users. The program enables status upgrades based on one of several independent criteria, including average balance, trading volumes (spot or futures), or participation in crypto lending for at least 30 days, with new features such as a dedicated VIP dashboard, automatic assignment, and transfer options for users with existing VIP status on other exchanges.

How to join the VIP program

To participate in the WhiteBIT VIP Program, users must meet any one of several independent eligibility criteria, such as maintaining a required average balance, reaching certain spot or futures trading volumes, or enrolling in fixed-term crypto lending plans. Eligible users are automatically assigned the highest available VIP tier within 24 hours, unlocking benefits like fee discounts and dedicated support. You can register or sign in through the official sign-up link to begin progressing towards VIP status.
