Tokocrypto has announced that its user data update service is temporarily under maintenance and is not currently available. However, new user registration and KYC verification can still be completed via the latest version of the Tokocrypto app. According to the broker’s support page, updating profile data is important for account security and regulatory compliance, and may be required in cases such as changes to identity details, app prompts, or attempts to access certain features. If data updates are not completed when required, users may encounter transaction restrictions. Customer support remains available around the clock for assistance.
