Headway has unveiled a new trading competition, The Gold Rush, offering participants the chance to test their strategies on a level playing field while competing for a share of $2,125 in prize money. Designed as a demo-based challenge, the contest encourages traders of all experience levels to practice gold trading under real-market conditions without financial risk.

Equal conditions for all traders
The Gold Rush competition runs from December 8, 13:00 MT, to December 22, 13:00 MT. Each participant receives a standard MT5 demo account with:
- $10,000 virtual balance
- 1:500 leverage
- Identical trading conditions across the board
This standardized setup ensures that performance depends solely on traders’ decision-making rather than account advantages or external factors.
Traders must register through their Personal Area—or update the Headway mobile app if participating on mobile—before the contest begins. Once the trading stage starts, participants will trade gold exclusively, aiming to climb the leaderboard based on profitability.
