Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. secures ASCO 2026 slot for new CRB-701 clinical findings
Corbus to present new CRB-701 data

Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. will present updated clinical data from its Phase 1/2 study of CRB-701 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and cervical cancer at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting.

The data set is expected to include information on clinical response durability as well as a detailed analysis of patient subgroups within the HNSCC cohort. The acceptance of these findings for ASCO highlights ongoing momentum in early-stage oncology research and signals continued interest in the therapeutic potential of CRB-701.

Corbus has previously advanced CRB-701, a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate targeting Nectin-4 overexpression in aggressive solid tumors, according to a company update. The company is also developing CRB-913, an oral CB1 inverse agonist for obesity, which was presented at the BMO Metabolic Health Summit earlier this year, as noted in a recent announcement. These initiatives reflect Corbus’s focus on early-stage therapeutic candidates across oncology and metabolic disease.
