Ceva and Dolphin Semiconductor launch AIoT chip for next generation Bluetooth audio
Ceva is set to introduce a 12nm Smart Edge AIoT system on chip (SoC) designed to enable advanced Bluetooth connectivity, artificial intelligence processing, and premium audio quality at ultra low power consumption.
The company, alongside Dolphin Semiconductor, will present this technological breakthrough in a joint event, aiming to push the boundaries of smart edge audio and AI integration. The event is scheduled for May 6 at 8:00 AM PST and 5:00 PM CET, inviting participants to register and explore the new SoC that targets the future of Bluetooth audio devices.
Ceva recently introduced its PentaG‑NTN 5G modem IP subsystem for satellite user terminals, which was showcased live at SATShow Week (article). The company has also outlined plans for early silicon design to support the accelerating rollout of 6G network infrastructure before 2030 (article). These developments reflect Ceva's ongoing focus on advanced wireless and connectivity technologies.
