GoPro celebrates Night Photo Mode with 100 dollar award for aurora photo
GoPro announced the winner of its Photo of the Day award for capturing the Northern Lights using its HERO12 Black camera in Night Photo Mode. The image, shot by Lukas Sklenarik, earned a 100 dollar prize from GoPro.
The company continues to engage its user community by recognizing creative photography that leverages the advanced features of its latest camera models. Night Photo Mode is designed to help users capture high-quality images in challenging low-light conditions such as those present during the aurora borealis.
GoPro recently launched the HERO13 Black with advanced durability aimed at mountain bikers, expanding its lineup for extreme sports applications. Earlier this season, the company introduced the GoPro MAX2, a 360 camera targeting offroad and motorsport enthusiasts. These product releases come as GoPro continues efforts to engage its community with user-generated content awards.
