Peloton unveils spring training plan

Peloton Interactive, Inc. has introduced a new Live Spring Cross Training Plan designed to revitalize users’ training routines.

The program features four weeks of live workouts, with classes scheduled Monday through Friday at 6:30am ET, offering both live and on-demand access. Aiming to build strength, speed, and conditioning, the initiative targets members seeking structured and consistent training. The launch comes as the company continues its efforts to deepen engagement with its community and attract new users through interactive fitness experiences.

Peloton previously launched a four week Live Cross Training Plan with daily early morning classes starting April 13, according to a company announcement last spring. The company has also initiated discussions on how its community shapes responsibility among members, reflecting ongoing engagement strategies under review. The new Spring Cross Training Plan continues these efforts to foster routine and accountability among users.
