Spyre Therapeutics, Inc. has announced positive results from its Phase 2 SKYLINE Part A trial evaluating SPY002, an anti-TL1A therapy, in patients with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis.

The company reported a 10.7-point reduction in RHI score (p < 0.0001), a 33 percent clinical remission rate, and a 42 percent endoscopic improvement.
