Workday announced that Workday Learning, powered by Sana, is now generally available.
Workday said the new platform pairs its HCM data with Sana's AI to provide every employee with a personal tutor in the flow of work. The company will host a live demo to showcase the solution.
WDAY is currently trading at $134.71, sitting just above the MA-20 ($134.24) and MA-50 ($132.17), but far below the MA-200 ($169.07). This signals that short- and medium-term trends are holding above key moving averages, though the long-term trend remains under pressure from persistent sellers. The Ichimoku Kijun level on D1 is at $130.55, acting as immediate support. Near-term support is clustered between the MA-50 ($132.17) and the Ichimoku Kijun ($130.55), while key resistance levels appear at the MA-20 ($134.24) and, further up, the MA-200 ($169.07).
Momentum on D1 remains mixed, with the MACD showing a buy signal but ADX reading weak at 11.42, suggesting limited trend strength. Oscillators present a divergence: the RSI is moderately bullish (55.17) but Stoch RSI and CCI both warn of oversold conditions, while the BBP highlights persistent seller dominance despite sporadic buyer interest. The Awesome Oscillator is neutral and does not reinforce the prevailing trend. In today's session, WDAY has declined 4.58%, marking a sharp drop. Over the past week, WDAY has fallen $10.07 (7.00%) from a previous close of $144.78, now trading at the bottom of the weekly range near support. Weekly volatility stands at 7.61%, underlining a tone of steady decline from recent highs.
Looking ahead, the expected price range for WDAY in the next week is $129.00 to $139.00, adjusted for realistic volatility and aligning with historic weekly moves. The probability of further decline is very high (more than 80%) based on W1 signals, with the opposite outcome much less likely. The baseline scenario sees WDAY consolidating between $129.00 and $139.00. The bullish case requires a decisive break above $139.00, targeting recovery towards the MA-20. The bearish scenario unfolds if support near $130.55 fails, opening risk toward the $129.00 area. This range is anchored closer to the 52-week low ($110.36) than the high ($249.85), highlighting ongoing downward pressure in the wider yearly context.
Previously it was reported that Workday’s shares remained capped by long-term resistance, with analysts highlighting downside and sideways risks as prevailing themes. As market conditions develop, traders should focus on identifying shifts in momentum that could signal a change in the current consolidation scenario.
