Spyre Therapeutics, Inc. has launched its SPY772 program and begun the SKYLIGHT Phase 2 clinical trial targeting hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).

The study is designed to provide proof of concept for TL1A and IL-17A/F inhibition as a novel therapeutic approach in patients with HS, a chronic and debilitating skin condition.
