The new listing highlights Douglas Elliman’s continued activity in high-value coastal real estate. Further property details have not been disclosed in the announcement.

Douglas Elliman previously listed a Park Avenue penthouse for $80 million designed by Tony Ingrao, represented by its top brokers here. The company has also focused on business growth in Florida, adding Andrea Pelaez in St. Petersburg and Brian Partie in Sarasota to expand its regional team. The current Santa Monica penthouse offering continues its activity in the high-end real estate market.
