This gives individual investors the opportunity to purchase shares at the same price and timing as institutions before the public listing, facilitated through the xStocksFi platform.

This offering comes as Kraken Exchange continues to expand its engagement with digital asset investment opportunities, moving beyond cryptocurrency trading into tokenized equity participation.
