Daesung C and C gains flexibility and quality with Eastman Kodak prepress integration — Kodak powers Daesung print upgrade

Eastman Kodak announced that Korean packaging company Daesung C and C has implemented its integrated prepress solution to strengthen its control over print production.

By adopting the Kodak system, Daesung C and C improved the quality and consistency of its output, streamlined platemaking, and increased its ability to respond quickly to customer needs.

Earlier, Eastman Kodak began direct distribution of professional still films and introduced new packaging for its products, according to a previous announcement. The company has also expanded into pharmaceuticals by leveraging its chemistry and manufacturing capabilities to develop U.S.-made products, as detailed in a separate report. These moves mark Kodak’s ongoing efforts to diversify its business.
