AEMETIS advances Keyes MVR project

AEMETIS is making progress on installing a Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) system at its Keyes, California ethanol facility. The company announced that the project has received approximately 19.7 million dollars in grants and Section 48C tax credits.

The upgrade aims to improve operational efficiency and sustainability at the ethanol plant, supporting AEMETIS's ongoing focus on biofuels innovation.

AEMETIS recently completed the installation of its sixteenth dairy digester as part of the Biogas Central Digester Project. Earlier this year, the company also received $22.4 million from the sale of Section 45Z clean fuel production tax credits. These initiatives add to AEMETIS's efforts to expand and strengthen its clean energy operations.
