Our earlier report on Philippine e-commerce payment trends noted that cash-on-delivery still makes up a sizable share of online transactions even as digital payments accelerate. We highlighted that many shoppers abandon purchases if their preferred payment method isn’t available, pushing merchants to support a wider mix of payment options and more secure checkout flows.
