Agenus prepares for Phase 3 trial

Agenus is preparing to launch its Phase 3 ROBBIN study, with recent site preparation activities in São Paulo, Brazil. The company’s medical team joined investigators and site teams to lay groundwork for the study’s anticipated start in the first quarter of 2027.

This preparation marks part of Agenus’ broader efforts to ready clinical trial sites worldwide as it moves forward with its global research initiatives.

Agenus recently reported 83 percent major pathologic response and 72 percent complete response rates in its phase 2 dMMR colon cancer trial. The company is also scheduled to release its third quarter 2026 financial results on November 5, according to a previous announcement. These developments follow ongoing preparations for new late-stage clinical studies.
