Trump-linked Truth Social Funds moves to buy God Bless America ETF
Truth Social Funds, a company linked to Donald Trump, plans to acquire the God Bless America ETF, bringing together investment products that allow investors to align their political philosophy with their investment strategy.
Yorkville America Equities, LLC, an investment adviser managing five recently launched ETFs under the Truth Social brand focused on “America First” investment themes, said on Wednesday it had reached an agreement to acquire the God Bless America ETF from its founder and manager, Adam Curran, and his financial firms.
According to Reuters, the God Bless America ETF (ticker: YALL), launched in October 2022 and managing $112 million in assets, is an actively managed exchange-traded fund focused on U.S. equities that managers believe reflect “American values” and are not involved in “political activism.”
Patriotic investors come together
The five Truth Social ETFs, part of Trump Media & Technology Group and managed and advised by Yorkville, began trading on December 30 and currently hold combined assets of $46 million.
These ETFs focus on real estate in Republican-controlled states, as well as defense and energy. The largest among them is Truth Social American Next Frontiers, with $14.8 million in assets.
“The deal makes sense given that YALL is a politically oriented ETF that could align well with the Truth Social ETFs and provide them with a fund that has a longer operating history than their current slate of new launches,” said Bryan Armour, a Morningstar analyst who covers the ETF market.
According to Yorkville president Steve Niemczyk, discussions with the YALL management team began even before he joined Yorkville in December to bring the Truth Social ETFs to market.
“It was a logical step to combine products that offer investors the ability to align their political philosophy with their investment strategy,” he added.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026. According to a press release issued by Florida-based Yorkville and Curran Financial Partners, which developed the God Bless America ETF, the terms of the deal are confidential and subject to shareholder approval.
