The company says the dividend will be paid in U.S. dollars while continuing to offer shareholders a sterling option. UK market disclosure and investor context

The announcement states that the information qualifies as inside information under Article 7 of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on Market Abuse, as incorporated into UK domestic law through the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.

Diversified Energy, which is listed in New York and London under the ticker DEC, focuses on acquiring, operating and optimizing cash-generating energy assets. The dividend declaration gives investors updated visibility on the company’s capital return timetable and available currency options for the upcoming distribution.

Our earlier coverage of Equites Property Fund’s interim distribution update highlighted a 5.1% increase in the payout as the REIT accelerated its exit from the UK and redirected capital to South Africa. We noted that proceeds from the £200.5 million Aviva portfolio sale helped cut leverage, support FY27 distribution guidance, and bolster liquidity for domestic logistics growth.
