Changpeng Zhao: Block explorers should filter out spam transactions
Binance founder Changpeng Zhao has stated that block explorers should be able to filter out spam transactions, suggesting it should be a simple task to implement. Zhao highlighted that TrustWallet already filters spam and said this practice could influence how micro transactions between AI agents are handled in the future.
He added that, as AI adoption grows, artificial intelligence could be used to further address the issue of spam in transactions.
Zhao’s perspective on spam filtering in blockchain infrastructure comes amid broader industry scrutiny, particularly as the sector faces increased volatility. His remarks also follow his assessment that crypto prices have dropped over 50 percent in 2026, underscoring the urgency for both technological innovation and resilient trust in the marketplace.
