Gracy Chen, chief executive officer at Bitget, described her experiences returning from Consensus.
She highlighted meetings with executives from major firms including BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, Fidelity, and Jane Street, as well as interactions with those building real-world asset (RWA) and payments infrastructure. Chen also noted the presence of regulators, lawyers, and competitors who will contribute to shaping the future operations of Bitget.
Chen has previously identified infrastructure as the key challenge when retail crypto setups attempt to deploy larger positions, rather than trading strategy, in comments on crypto infrastructure scaling. She has also discussed the slow adoption of tokenized stocks despite NYSE and Nasdaq promoting a Finance+ model, with tokenized stocks making up less than 0.1 percent of the total market, according to a separate commentary. These insights have informed her perspective on evolving industry dynamics.
