Sui launches confidential transactions soon

Adeniyi Abiodun, co-founder and chief product officer at Mysten Labs, the company behind the Sui blockchain, announces the launch of confidential transactions on Sui this year.

According to Abiodun, this development could enable free payments with privacy at scale, leveraging the unique capabilities of the Sui network.

Abiodun previously said that SuiNetwork could become a major force in agentic and traditional payment rails. Earlier this year, he marked the third anniversary of the Sui blockchain and thanked its global community. The announcements reflect ongoing development efforts at Mysten Labs.
