Dan Neidle reports receiving a formal notice from the British fugitive alleged to have masterminded a $600 million U.S. tax fraud.

The notice accuses Neidle of triggering 'Pinkerton Liability' and holds him responsible for the 'math of IRS Algorithm 810,' demanding a payment of $120 million.
