Stablecoin transfers go live without gas fees on Sui, Adeniyi Abiodun reveals
Gasless stablecoin transfers start on Sui

Adeniyi Abiodun, co-founder and chief product officer at Mysten Labs, the company behind the Sui blockchain, announced the rollout of gasless stablecoin transfers on Sui mainnet.

Abiodun highlighted the team's commitment to enabling seamless money movement by launching this feature, which aims to make digital asset transactions as frictionless as sending messages.

Abiodun previously explained that the Sui blockchain was designed for a future where machines conduct most online transactions, shaping its core architecture to meet automation demands, as detailed here. In an earlier initiative, he announced the launch of WalrusProtocol’s predictable pricing model to support agentic memory solutions, according to a prior update. These efforts reflect the ongoing product development activity at Mysten Labs.
