Paolo Ardoino: Tether AI introduces TurboQuant KV-Cache Quantization in QVAC SDK 0.12.0 — Tether AI adds KV-Cache Quantization update

Paolo Ardoino, chief executive officer (CEO) at Tether (USDT), has announced the release of TurboQuant KV-Cache Quantization within the QVAC SDK 0.12.0.

This update compresses KV cache memory requirements by as much as five times with near-lossless performance, bringing the prospect of high-quality local AI closer to reality.

Ardoino recently reported that Tether is actively developing an open-source peer-to-peer search engine. In a separate update, he extended a May the Fourth greeting to users of Tether Wallet, connecting the product with a cultural reference in an earlier message.
