Alan Rogers: Circle moves $4 billion USDC to Coinbase on HyperEVM
Alan Rogers reports that Circle has completed the largest USDC transaction in history, moving $4,000,000,000 in USDC to Coinbase on HyperEVM.
He notes that when Circle and Coinbase are transferring this level of liquidity onto HyperEVM, it is a development that market participants should monitor closely.
Rogers previously highlighted a $1.2 billion drop in USDT’s market cap within 24 hours, prompting speculation about outflows and risk shifts in crypto. He also reported that large Bitcoin holders have stalled accumulation, even as the total crypto market cap reached $2.554 trillion. These developments have coincided with heightened scrutiny of major stablecoin flows.
