Issuing MSTR at $109 and buying STRC at $86.5 benefits shareholders, Robert Leshner notes
Issuing MSTR and buying STRC is accretive

Robert Leshner, CEO & Co-Founder at Superstate, observes that at current market prices, issuing new MSTR shares at $109 while repurchasing STRC at $86.5 results in an accretive outcome for common shareholders.

Leshner emphasizes this is an observation and not a prediction regarding what Strategy will actually do.

Leshner has previously compared returns from Anthropic funding rounds with those of SK Hynix, Micron and Intel, pointing to tech stock outperformance. He also said that upcoming IPOs such as SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic will represent pure capitalism and growth. In earlier comments, Leshner expressed regret that retail investors missed access to these launches.
