Nik Bhatia introduced students to the Lightning Network, Segregated Witness (SegWit), and Bitcoin Improvement Proposals (BIPs).
He highlighted the seamless user experience using PhoenixWallet, allowing students to easily interact between on-chain Bitcoin and the Lightning Network in a single platform. Bhatia also described an interactive exercise in which students responded to a prompt of "TEN THOUSAND" by pulling up invoices for 10,000 satoshis.
Bhatia previously sent sats to students via PhoenixWallet, citing an average $0.30 blockchain fee and positive onboarding experience using the platform’s interface here. He has also focused on the intersection of Bitcoin and artificial intelligence as key forces shaping the future of finance and technology in earlier commentary. Both topics remain central in his recent lectures.
