Frank Chaparro: U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs see slowest trading week since Oct. 2024
Bitcoin ETFs log slowest U.S. week

Frank Chaparro reports that U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have just experienced their slowest full trading week since October 2024. Over a five-day period, trading volume reached $8.05 billion, and net inflows amounted to just $33.8 million after late-week outflows reduced earlier gains.

By comparison, spot Ether ETFs drew in $103.9 million in net inflows, more than three times the amount recorded by Bitcoin ETFs over the same period.

Chaparro previously reported that Bernstein revised its $150,000 year-end Bitcoin target, describing the forecast as ambitious following a market correction but maintaining an expectation for a broader recovery cycle (Bernstein revises $150K Bitcoin target). In another article, he covered Bank of America's appointment of Sonali Theisen to head its global digital assets division, with a mandate spanning blockchain, tokenized deposits, and stablecoins (Bank of America appoints Sonali Theisen). These developments highlight ongoing strategic moves in the digital assets sector.
